Welcome to Lenzz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lenzz platform, website, and services provided by OddBureau Lda ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Lenzz is a live photo production platform for event photography. We provide tools to process, analyze, and route event photos automatically.

2. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when interacting with us
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not upload or process any content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

Users may not use the Service for any activity that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful. The Service may not be used for any activity or behavior that involves the sexual exploitation or sexual abuse of children. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, removal of content, and disclosure to competent authorities where required by law.

3. Payments and Refunds

If you sign up for a paid account, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees will be charged starting from the day your paid services are established. We reserve the right to change payment terms and fees upon prior written notice. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the applicable subscription period. We issue refunds within fifteen (15) days after the original purchase, except for discounted plans which are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the photos and content you upload or process through our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Our Platform: The Lenzz platform, including its software, design, algorithms, and branding, is the exclusive property of OddBureau Lda. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability & No Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without representations or warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddBureau Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold OddBureau Lda harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our platform or any services you purchase through it.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OddBureau Lda is established. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
